Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The original packaging should be intact.

• The item must not be personalized.

Returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase may not be accepted.

Your purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.

For returns involving items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. TEMISIO is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please include your order number and, when possible, photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

Exchanges
